ENVIRONMENTALLY
FRIENDLY
SOLUTIONS

The production mechanism is completely environmentally friendly and eco-conscious: the products produced are 100% recyclable.

We do not use any foreign or associated materials.

Residues, waste products and by-products generated during production are fully recycled: with our own recycling machines, we re-convert the by-product into a raw material from which the product is re-produced.

COMPLETE
SOLUTIONS

Planning, consulting, product development, project management

Together with our partners, we are thinking about a complete plastic industry solution: Our customers determine the product goal, and this is where product development begins.

Based on the construction idea and vision, or the product to be manufactured itself, the individual tool is designed and then manufactured, from which the production can start.

TOOL DESIGN AND
TOOL MANUFACTURING

We design the production tool based on a product drawing or a three-dimensional model.

As a result of product development with the goal in mind, our engineers design the production tool based on the available product drawing or three-dimensional model with the help of the most modern computer design programs.

Our CAD system used in tool design, together with the CAM system, enables the production of high-precision injection molding, air and vacuum forming tools, which we can produce in production at a competitive price, with short deadlines and high quality.

THERMOFORMING

With the help of the finished tool, actual mass production is started: thermoforming of thermoplastics.

State-of-the-art technology meets the most professional machining techniques, the products are made by compressed air molding or vacuum molding.

COMPRESSED AIR FORMATION

After suitable preheating, the plastic sheet (foil) is either sucked into the mold with the suction opening or embossed with compressed air into the appropriate tool space.

With the help of compressed air molding, various hollow bodies (bottles) can be made from thermoplastic sheets (thicker films) or even plastic tubes.

VACUUM FORMATION

Vacuum forming is usually used to produce large, thin-walled products. In principle, a vacuum is established between the hot plate to be formed and the mold, and this pressure difference shapes the soft polymer.
